The contract between the Company and the User is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the specific order by the Company. Upon completion of the order, the Client receives an e-mail confirmation that his order has been successfully accepted. Before sending the goods, the Company has the right to contact the Customer at the phone number specified by him, in order to specify details of the order or delivery.

The Company is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order when the User has provided incorrect, incomplete personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

The user has an obligation to protect the confidentiality of his username and password. Any order sent through the online store will be considered regular by the Company if a username and password are used, which the system has accepted as valid, regardless of whether they are used by a person other than the holder. 

In case the Customer has chosen to pay for the goods by cash on delivery, the distance selling contract is considered canceled when:

  • The customer does not pay the invoice to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • The customer has indicated an incorrect or incorrect address or at the same time is not at the specified address on the day of delivery and does not answer the contact numbers to agree with the courier to receive the delivery. 


Orders are submitted online, at http: // You can shop as a registered user, but we give you the opportunity to place orders as a guest on the site or by phone. Each order of a product or service through the system of is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen method of payment. We accept orders 24 hours a day, also on weekends and public holidays. In the order process, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, method of delivery and method of payment. After completing the order and if this is your first order on the specified phone you will receive a call from us confirming the same information. For each subsequent order you will receive a confirmation only by e-mail. You will be notified by e-mail about the change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, sending, etc.). You can monitor the status of the current as well as previous orders from your personal profile.   


All prices are in BGN or EUR with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the price for courier service. In our conditions of delivery can be obtained through .

Due to the specifics of our products and the requirements for their storage, according to Art. 57, item 4 of the CPA, we allow return of items after on-site inspection upon receipt by courier (office), after correct completion of the relevant protocol.

Please, upon receipt of the shipment, check the contents of the package and in case of violations in the appearance of the product, contact the courier to fill in a report for a damaged shipment. In this case, we bear the cost of delivery and return, and we undertake to send you a new piece of the selected item as soon as possible. In other cases, the courier costs for return or exchange are at the expense of the customer

Complaints of products received from courier services without a duly completed protocol for damage to the goods are not accepted!

In case the quantities of the respective product are exhausted, you will be given a choice whether to take another product at the same price or to refund the amount. Amounts are refunded by bank transfer after providing an invoice by the client.


The Client has the right to return non-food goods received by the Company on the grounds of Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods. In order for the Company to accept the returned goods, an online return form must be completed, which is online based, in order to refund the amount of the product. The Company provides the Client with the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal according to Annex № 6 of the CPA HERE    


To access our online-based form, you must go through the following steps:

4. Opposite each product there is a " Return " button , which indicates which product is for return;  

5. After selecting the " Return " button, an automatically filled in form with the product code should appear; " Product Information & Reason for Return of Goods 

6. Here you need to indicate the reason for return and how to refund the amount for the returned product: Virtual wallet or bank transfer (IBAN). 

7. Familiarize yourself with the " Terms of Use " on the store and select " Send ".   

8. After you submit the form so return items send original documents to the office and of the chosen provider . 

9. After we receive the goods with the original documents, it is processed and if it is in the condition in which it was sent, the amount is refunded. 

The Company must receive the returned item with its original packaging with label, receipt, invoice and other documents obtained during delivery so . The returned product H must have lost its commercial appearance. No traces of use, such as:  

  • damaged airtight packaging or open stopper ;  
  • treated;
  • contaminated;
  • injured in any way;
  • not be a river ear integrity affixed label;

In case of non-fulfillment of these conditions, the Company reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and not to refund the amount paid by the customer.

In case the Client exercises his right to withdraw from the contract under Art. 52 of the CPA, the Company bears the courier costs for the cheapest type of standard delivery in both directions, as well as bank charges.

The Company has no obligation to reimburse the additional costs for delivery of the goods, when the Customer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery of the goods, other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by the Company.

When the Client has ordered more than one item / product, and exercises the right of withdrawal under Art. 52 and returns only one product, in respect of the other items the contract between him and the Company remains in force, the Customer bears the courier costs in both directions, and the Company reimburses the price of the returned item and bank charges.


 Disputes arising from or in connection with the conclusion and implementation of distance sales contracts through the e-shop of " AROMINGPLUS ", the parties will make efforts to resolve them in a spirit of understanding and mutual compromise. In case no agreement is reached by both parties, the dispute between them will be resolved by the competent court for registration of the Company, in accordance with Bulgarian law .; 

The User also has the right to apply for the resolution of any disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR platform), or to the General Conciliation Commission of the Consumer Protection Commission .   

The Company is not liable for non-performance or delay of its obligations under the sales contracts when unforeseen circumstances occur beyond its control.


1. Cash on delivery - upon receipt of the goods you pay the amount due to the supplier or courier. 2. Payment by bank transfer: the payment of the due amount is made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the Site, the order is activated for delivery, after receiving the payment.
