Official rules of the Aroming Plus game: "Travel with Aroming Plus"
SECTION I. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES OF THE GAME
1. Assignor of the Game is Milano International Ltd. UIC: 205240485, headquartered in Sofia, 90 Nikola Gabrovski Blvd., hereinafter referred to as the “Assignor”.
2. The organizer of the Game is All Digital AD with address: Sofia, 23A Dragan Tsankov Blvd., Tetrix business building ("Organizer").
3. The participants in the Game are obliged to observe the conditions and provisions of the official rules of the Game set out below (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Rules”).
4. By joining this Game, participants give their consent and voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, date of birth, e-mail or others) for purposes related to the Game, announcing the winners, distribution of prizes, and follow-up information campaigns on current or upcoming promotions, initiatives and other messages for the benefit of the consumer.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions at any time, and the changes come into force only after their announcement.
SECTION II. AREA OF THE GAME
1. The game is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The game takes place on the official page of Aroming Plus on Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/shishavapingbulgaria/.
SECTION III. DURATION OF THE GAME
1. The game starts at 9 p.m. on 11.05.2022 and ends at 23.59 on 20.05.2022
SECTION IV. PARTICIPANTS
1. All natural persons residing in the Republic of Bulgaria, over the age of 18, may participate in the Game, except for the employees of the “Assignor”, advertising agencies related to the Game, as well as family members of all the above persons ( children, parents, siblings).
2. By participating, participants declare that they are at least 18 years old. They also declare that they have the right to validly and unrestrictedly perform all actions in connection with participation in this Game.
3. Each participant can participate with only one valid Facebook profile; duplicate user profiles or those that are repeatedly registered by the same person are considered invalid and the Organizer reserves the right to delete the registration in the Game subsequently.
SECTION V. GAME MECHANISM
1. Participation in the Game is not subject to the purchase of a product offered by the Assignor.
2. Anyone wishing to participate in the Game must visit the Instagram page of Aroming Plus and read the Official Rules of Participation.
3. In order to join the Game, each user must note in a comment to the post related to the Game, two of their Instagram friends.
SECTION VI. AWARDS
1. The prizes in the Game are provided by the Assignor of the game and are a total of 2 gift sets with Aroming Plus products and 10 Aroming boosters.
2. It is not allowed to transfer rights to the prize to another person before receiving it.
SECTION VII. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND AWARD PROCEDURE
1. Reserves will also be drawn in the raffle in the event that any of the winners does not wish to receive their prize within the time limit set.
2. The organizer undertakes to contact the winners of the respective Instagram profiles specified by them within 5 working days from the draw.
3. The organizer has no commitment to send unsolicited prizes. In order to receive his prize, the winner agrees to return a reply within 1 working day by providing in a personal message to the Organizer on Facebook the following information: Three names; Contact telephone; Exact delivery address by courier service. If the Organizer fails to contact the winner or does not receive feedback from him two days after notification by the Organizer, the winner loses the right to receive his prize and it can be given to the next drawn reserve winner.
4. Participants who use a fake online identity, create or have created fake profiles on social networks in order to participate more in prize games and / or violate the rules and mechanism of the Game, will be disqualified without further notice, losing the right to win a prize , in case they qualified for one.
5. Non-eligible participations will be disqualified without further notice. The organizer reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate and inappropriate due to inconsistencies with regulatory requirements, morals or good manners.
6. In case the winner does not receive his prize due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer or due to providing the wrong and / or incomplete address for delivery of the prize, he loses his right to receive his prize, which remains unsuccessful.
SECTION VIII. RESPONSIBILITY
1. The organizer is not responsible for applications that are delayed, impossible or unsuccessful due to technical problems with the communication systems.
